How to Update PvZ Fusion Without Losing Progress
Updating incorrectly can wipe your save file. Here’s how to do it safely on both platforms.
On Android:
- Do not uninstall the current version first.
- Download the new APK from Our Versions Page
- Open the APK file and tap Install, Android will update the existing app
- Your save data is preserved automatically.
If you uninstall first, your save will be deleted. Always install over the existing version.
On PC:
- Back up your save first – copy the folder at: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\LanPiaoPiao\PlantsVsZombiesRH
- Download the new version ZIP from Our PC Download Page.
- Extract it to a new folder, do not extract over the old installation
- Paste your backed-up save folder into the new installation’s same path.
- Launch the new PvZFusion.exe
Keep the old installation folder until you’ve confirmed the new version works. You can have multiple PC versions in separate folders simultaneously.

The Mod Menu (God Mode, Speed x3, No Cooldown toggles) was first added in the Android version in v3.2.1 (December 2025). For PC, the equivalent cheat panel via hotkey arrived in the same version. Earlier versions do not have the Mod Menu.
